Apple & Mac IT support · London & United Kingdom

Apple and Mac IT support for growing teams

Specialist Apple IT support for businesses in London and across the UK. We keep Macs working, manage the devices and accounts around them, and make onboarding, security and everyday support feel as considered as the hardware. Windows devices and mixed estates are welcome too.

Common situation

Every Mac is set up slightly differently, and nobody is certain which devices are properly managed.

Apple support that looks after the whole working setup

A Mac rarely works alone. It depends on an identity, company data, apps, WiFi, security settings and a clean way to recover access when somebody leaves. We support the person in front of the device and put the surrounding system in order.

For your team

Human Mac support

Clear help with macOS, applications, accounts, access and the everyday problems that interrupt focused work.

For operations

A consistent fleet

Devices follow agreed standards, ownership is visible and routine changes stop depending on somebody's memory.

For growth

Safer joins and exits

New starters receive the right setup sooner, while offboarding removes agreed access and helps keep company devices under clear organisational control.

Business Mac support, from login to lifecycle

This is the Apple-focused route into our business IT support. It can stand alone as a support and management layer, or sit within a complete outsourced IT function.

  • Day-to-day Mac supportFriendly help with macOS, work applications, accounts, access, peripherals and recurring user problems.
  • MDM platform administrationJamf, Iru, Addigy or Mosyle configured and managed with clear administrator roles, recovery routes and business ownership.
  • Applications, settings and updatesConsistent security settings, application deployment, inventory and update policies delivered through MDM.
  • Joiners, movers and leaversRepeatable setup, role changes and offboarding across the Mac, the person's identity and the services they use.
  • Practical security standardsEncryption, screen lock, updates, recovery and access settings applied sensibly and recorded clearly.
  • Mixed fleets and cloud platformsApple devices working coherently with Windows, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, identity, SaaS and office technology.

Dedicated MDM, configured around your business

We manage Macs through dedicated mobile device management platforms. Whether you already use Jamf, Iru, Addigy or Mosyle—or need help selecting one—we configure the platform around your security standards, support model and device lifecycle. Your business retains ownership, administrator access and clear documentation.

Ownership

Keep the business in control

Administrator access, recovery routes, roles and documentation stay with the business rather than one person or an old supplier.

Configuration

Apply one clear standard

MDM policies keep encryption, security settings, applications, inventory and updates consistent without making the Macs difficult to use.

Lifecycle

Manage devices from setup to retirement

We use the right enrolment route for the estate, then manage onboarding, changes, lost-device response and secure retirement.

Bring every Mac up to standard, step by step

Map the estate

We inventory devices, users, administrators, the current MDM platform and the surrounding identity, applications and services.

Set the standard

We agree ownership, security, enrolment and support priorities, then make changes in a sequence the team can absorb.

Support and improve

People get a clear route for help while documentation, recurring issues and the device lifecycle improve over time.

Before you hand over the Macs

What does Apple and Mac IT support include?

Day-to-day help for Mac users, device setup, MDM administration, joiners and leavers, application and update policies, identity, access, security standards and practical guidance. The exact scope is agreed before work starts.

Which MDM platforms do you support?

We work with Jamf, Iru, Addigy and Mosyle. We review your estate, required controls, reporting, integrations and internal ownership before recommending a platform or changing the one you have. If the current MDM is suitable, we improve it rather than replace it unnecessarily.

Can you take over Macs that are already in use?

Usually, but the right method depends on the Mac, its operating system, how it was purchased and how it is currently managed. Some devices can be enrolled in place; others are better brought under the standard at replacement or after a planned reset. We map that before changing anything.

Which devices and working environments do you support?

Macs are the centre of this service; iPhone and iPad management can be included where they are part of the same company setup. We also support Windows and mixed estates, including the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts, identity, SaaS and networks shared across them.

Do you repair individual Macs?

This is ongoing business IT and fleet support, not a walk-in consumer repair service. When hardware fails, we help diagnose the issue and agree the practical next step within your support scope.

Is support remote or on-site?

Day-to-day Mac support is available remotely across the UK. On-site work is available mainly in London for office technology, rollouts and work that benefits from being in the room; other locations can be agreed for the right brief.

How much does managed Mac support cost?

Ongoing support uses a clear monthly scope based on the number of people and devices, the current setup, coverage and the responsibility you want to hand over. Any initial cleanup or rollout is scoped separately where needed. You see the scope, cost and change process before work begins.
